All goods (“Products”) supplied by Rokl are supplied on these terms and conditions.


Order Acceptance

No order shall be binding on Rokl until accepted by Rokl. An individual contract for the supply of Products, on these terms and conditions, is formed on acceptance by Rokl of an order from the Customer. Rokl reserves the right to accept any order in whole or in part. No order may be cancelled or varied after acceptance by Rokl.

Once an order has been formalised and accepted, after the acceptance of the Terms of Use and after  the purchase process, Rokl will always send a confirmation email to the customer with the details of such purchase.

Payment & Price Terms

Payment must be made in full and on checkout in the online shopping cart without set off or deduction. Rokl will investigate any disputed amounts, and if resolved in favor of the Customer, a credit will be issued to the Customer.

Every payment will result into the issuance of an invoice at the Customer's name. The invoice will be sent at the email address provided by the Customer.

The prices reflected for each product or service do not include shipping, handling, packaging, shipping insurance or any additional to the product or service purchased, unless expressly stated the contrary. However, any additional applicable costs will be communicated to the user before completing the purchase.

The user understands that the economic valuation of some of the products may vary in real time. In any case, a change of price will always be communicated prior to the formalisation of the sale.


ROKL offers a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify, you must have proof of purchase from our Website or any authorised ROKL dealer. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, environmental damage, scratched lenses, loss or theft. This warranty does not apply to damage due to direct or indirect misuse or abuse. ROKL will review your claim and if your eyewear is deemed defective, we will repair or replace your eyewear at no cost to you. 


  • To rejuvenate dried-out wood, use beeswax, or butcher block oil.

  • Keep glasses in original case when not being worn.

  • Clean lenses with lens cleaner and provided microfiber pouch.

  • To maintain fit, use eyeglass toolkit to tighten screws.

Title to Products

Ownership in the Products does not pass to the Customer until the Customer has discharged all outstanding indebtedness, whether in respect of the Products or otherwise, to Rokl. Risk in the Products will pass on delivery to the Customer. Delivery may not be refused by the Customer.

Rokl products will be delivered in perfect condition to the specified address in the form completed by the user. If you want your order to be delivered to a different address than the indicated in the form, you must explicitly note it in the section provided for such purpose.
Rokl assumes no responsibility if the orders' delivery are unsuccessful as a result of the false, inaccurate or incomplete data provided by the User.

Rokl will take all necessary measures so that delivery can be done within the agreed time limits. Rokl considers the payment confirmation, as a necessary condition for maintaining the delivery schedule. However, time limits indicated in the Web Site are estimations and may vary because of logistics reasons or other major matters. In the case of a delay, the User will be duly informed. The delivery is considered complete from the moment in which Rokl or the hired carrier company makes the product available to the user.


1    Any Products which are damaged or defective, or which are not otherwise in accordance with the Customer’s order, or which the law provides may otherwise be returned to Rokl within 14 days after the Customer has received the Products, at no cost to the Customer. 
2    The Customer may otherwise return Products to Rokl and obtain a credit:
(a)    provided that it does so within 14 working days of delivery and a return authorisation is obtained by mailing to; and
(b)    provided that the Products are in their original packaging, unopened, of a current make and model, and otherwise as new and in a saleable condition;
(c)    at the Customer’s own expense; and
(d)    on the basis that risk in the Products remains with the Customer until the Products are received by Rokl, and that  a restocking or return fee may be charged.

3    Notwithstanding the provisions of this clause, Rokl will not accept a returned Product where the Customer has caused the Product to become unmerchantable or failed to take steps to prevent the Product from becoming unmerchantable or the Product has become damaged by abnormal use whilst in the possession of the Customer.


There may be a limit of available units of each product sold through the website. If we run out of stock before the end of an order, we will immediately inform you, preventing the end of the purchase process. In the event that the product is unavailable after the order has been made, the user will be informed by email or telephone of its total or partial cancellation. The partial cancellation of an order due to its lack of availability does not entitle the cancellation of the entire order.


1    Except for those required or implied by legislation, Rokl gives no express warranty in relation to products and services supplied to the Customer, and the Customer acknowledges that it has not relied on any representation or warranty made by or on behalf of Rokl. Certain legislation may imply conditions and warranties into these terms and conditions. To the extent that such conditions and warranties may lawfully be excluded, all such conditions and warranties are expressly excluded. The liability of Rokl under or arising out of the supply of goods and services for breach of any term, condition or warranty implied in or imposed upon the supply of goods and/or services by legislation, shall be limited, at the option or Rokl to:
(a)    the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods;
(b)    the repair of the goods;
(c)    the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; or
(d)    the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired;

2    Except to the extent the law provides that liability is not able to be excluded, Rokl shall not be under any liability to the Customer in respect of any loss or damage (including consequential or indirect loss or damage or loss of profits, loss of use or loss of data) however caused, which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly in respect of the Products, any services supplied by Rokl or the failure of Rokl to comply with these terms and conditions.


These terms and conditions will apply to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions contained in the Customer’s order. In the event of any inconsistency, Rokl will be deemed, by delivering the Products to the Customer or supplying services to the Customer, to have made an offer to the Customer to sell the Products or supply the services pursuant to these terms and conditions, which offer will be deemed to have been accepted if the Customer retains the Products or accepts the services. Rokl reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

No Waiver

The failure by Rokl to exercise, or any delay in exercising, any right, power or privilege available to it under these terms and conditions will not operate as a waiver thereof or preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right or power.
